Is resale value even a consideration for you when buying a new automobile? The average American probably shouldn't think so. They keep their cars on average 8 years. After 8 years does it really even matter? I suppose it does to some degree, but I'd say resale value is a pretty low priority in the thought process of buying a new vehicle unless you are the type that likes to get something new every 3-5 years.
