Ford Airstream

Another odd looking duck. Interesting look to say the least. Apparently the vehicle is partially inspired by 2001: A Space Odyssey. Looks like a strange space ship.

WardsAuto.com delved deeper into this cross utility vehicle here.

How Hybrid Cars Work

This article is pretty in depth and explains a lot. I think there is even a video on the page as well. Definitely helpful for a remedial explanation as to what these things are and do.

Have you pulled your car up to the gas pump lately and been shocked by the high price of gasoline? As the pump clicked past $20, $30, $40 or even $50, maybe you thought about trading in your car for something that gets better mileage. Or maybe you're worried that your car is contributing to the greenhouse effect.

The auto industry has the technology to address these concerns. It's the hybrid car. There are a lot of models on the market these days, and most automobile manufacturers have announced plans to manufacture their own versions.

How does a hybrid automobile work? What goes on under the hood to give you 20 or 30 more miles per gallon than the standard automobile? And does it pollute less just because it gets better gas mileage? In this article, we'll help you understand how this technology works, and we'll even give you some tips on how to drive a hybrid car for maximum efficiency.

Forbes: The Ten Best Sports Cars Of All Time

They focused on sports cars and made a pretty impressive list. This was a bit of their criteria that they used here with a link to the full story and criteria:

The sports car, as we know it, is a fairly modern concept.

When we came up with our list of the Ten Best Sports Cars of All Time, we purposefully chose to focus on sports cars that emerged in the years following World War II. The rationale is that during the first half of the 20th century there were basically three kinds of passenger cars: sedans, coupes and tourers. (More commercial vehicles like the pickup truck and station wagon would not be assimilated into the family garage until the 1940s.)

Investing in Hybrids

Now that hybrids are becoming more and more abundant it is certainly advisable to look into the investment side of the vehicles from a personal standpoint. Not only does the market appear to be something of the future and profitable, but it also helps to push us towards a more fuel-efficient country. One of the better resources I have seen on Hybrids has been HybridCars.com and on this subject in particular there is a great article listing the companies that may have an impact on your investment portfolio.
