U.S.'s Most Affordable Hybrid?

It looks like the 2013 Honda Insight Hybrid may be the winner of this illustrious title. It clocks in with 44 MPG highway and the price remains unchanged from 2012 at a starting spot of $18,500. The Honda Insight received a 2012 Total Cost of Ownership Award from Kelley Blue Book's kbb.com1, with a key contributor being the 5-door Insight's impressive city/highway/combined EPA fuel economy rating of 41/44/42 mpg.

Bargain cars are the theme today and the Chevy Spark certainly fits into that category with a MSRP ranging from $12,995 up to the top of the line 2LT is priced at $15,795. With a price like that you can certainly celebrate with a some nice opus x cigars. The 2013 Chevrolet Spark is a front-drive, four-seat, five-door hatch powered by a 1.25-L, 84HP four-cylinder engine mated to either a 5-speed manual or an optional 4-speed automatic. 2012 Dodge Charger SXT RWD PlusReview

The 2012 Dodge Charger SXT RWD Plus is quite eye catching I must say. Rolling with a V6 with 8-speed transmission at roughly $28,000-$38,000 is gonna catch your eye too. Of course this car isn't one that is going to be praised for its high gas mileage with an ugly 19 MPG city. Highway seems to pull over 25 MPG, however.

Let’s look her over. Initial impressions are important and this one makes speaks up for itself. The 20-inch, shinny black wheels with low-profile (245/45R20) tires announce themselves first. Next we see the dramatic profile with vertical front and rear fascia, aggressive black grille punctuated with the Dodge crosshairs, sculpted hood and sides, shallow greenhouse and jauntily bobbed tail.
